Return & Refund Policy

You have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return for damaged goods or an exchange. To remain eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging with a receipt. Please note that we do not accept returns for a change of mind.


How to Start a Return

Contact us at dogmanent912@gmail.com. If your request is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. For both damaged items and size exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Sale items or gift cards

Refunds

Once we have inspected your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
